By using BusTickets Pro, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. Bookings and Payments
Bookings are confirmed upon payment verification. Prices are set by bus operators and may change without notice. Payment receipts must be submitted via WhatsApp within 30 minutes of booking.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies are determined by individual bus operators. Cancellations are not permitted after the trip departure time. Contact the operator directly for refund requests.
4. Limitation of Liability
BusTickets Pro acts as an intermediary between passengers and bus operators. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or incidents during travel.
